At Hamsa Healing we are a Physiotherapy practice at our core. With our extensive training, we utilise the most up to date evidence-based research to treat our clients in a holistic way.
We encourage all of our clients to begin their healing journey with an Initial Physiotherapy Assessment to identify a diagnosis and formulate a unique treatment plan. By spending this time with you one on one, we are able to establish all of the factors which contribute to your pain or injuries. It allows us to clearly diagnose the underlying cause of any pain or discomfort and give you the appropriate advice and education on how to manage both at home/work and during sport/exercise. Your treatment plan will include a combination of our physiotherapy services on offer.
Whether you are injured, in pain or wanting to optimise health and wellbeing, an Initial Physiotherapy Assessment is the best starting point for every client so that we can get to know your unique needs and work with you toward achieving your goals.
In Subsequent Physiotherapy Consultations we may include joint mobilisation techniques, deep tissue massage, dry needling and acupuncture and exercise prescription as required. We also offer hydrotherapy, reformer pilates and mat pilates and telehealth to cater for all individual needs.
We are a boutique clinic, working with you toward independence and self-management. Whatever you need, we can build a plan around your unique goals and restrictions!
We treat all ages, conditions and parts of the body. We are specialists in working with your other medical, allied or natural therapy professionals in a multidisciplinary approach to ensure you have the best care and outcomes. Call or book online today.

Hydrotherapy is a fantastic adjunct to treatment. It involves the use of water for pain relief and treatment of many conditions.
Hydrotherapy is fantastic because it is low impact but can be high or low resistance, depending on how you use the water. The buoyancy of the water also de-loads your weight which makes it much easier to recover from pain and injury.
Hydrotherapy sessions can be individual, semi private or group. These sessions are unique and completely individualised with personalised instruction. These sessions are not available on our timetable and must be booked through a prior physiotherapy appointment.
