Pilates
Hamsa Healing offers many forms of Pilates. Pilates is a form of exercise that is beneficial to your mind and body in many different ways. To find out more about how Pilates works and the benefits go to our Pilates Services Page.
Hamsa Healing offers private, semi-private and group classes. We recommend booking an Initial Assessment to start Clinical Pilates.

We are currently offering group exercise in three formats:
Combination Mat and Barre
Reformer Trapeze and Props
Baby and Child Friendly
Outdoor and HIIT Pilates
Our Group Classes are offered at specific times throughout the week. Limited spaces available for in person spaces, however we offer more spaces online. Please contact us for more information or to book in.

Telehealth
At Hamsa Healing we offer online physiotherapy appointments to help you get started on the road to recovery without the hassle of visiting us at the studio. Online appointments are a convenient and effective way to meet with one of our senior physiotherapist from the comfort of your own home.
Our online appointments are perfect for initial consultations. During these appointments we can get an idea of what your problem is and what is causing it. From there we can create a treatment plan to help reduce your discomfort and return you to your goals as soon as possible.
